- Details you enter in our forms: name, company, phone/WhatsApp, email, project details, and for training applications: date of birth, nationality, location, education and experience.
- Files you upload: drawings, images, CVs and photos.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam protection.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics) – only if you accept cookies.
How we use it
- To prepare quotations, deliver work and reply to enquiries.
- To assess CNC Training applications.
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request.
- To keep the website secure and improve it.
Uploaded files
Files are stored on our web server under private, randomly generated links that are shared only with our team and with you (for example in the WhatsApp message you choose to send). Drawings are treated as confidential and are never shared with third parties without your permission. You may ask us to delete your files at any time.
When you click a WhatsApp button, you are taken to WhatsApp (Meta), whose own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the website. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies.
Retention and your rights
